English Turn
 

In developing a plan for the English Turn Villas, the central community design issue was how to provide for smaller homes with good curb appeal. The market wanted a managed community with low maintenance construction and attractive street appeal. The solution reached was to fully landscape the street side landscaping with uniform yard and flower bed irrigation. By doing so would provide a continuing flow of landscaped yards and over time would allow trees to develop in a uniform manner creating a screen between house and street.
