New Design Studios uses advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to design and detail your residence. In one file, we can generate schematic floor plans, detailed construction documents, and vibrant 3D images.

This process is faster, more true-to-life, and more legible to the client than traditional CAD
drafting. Walls and windows can be changed in real time during meetings, and you can be taken through a virtual walkthrough of your home at any point in the design process.
